Istarska bjelica

The Istrian Bjelica olive oil has been created from our native cultivars. Golden green in colour, mildly bitter and piquant, this oil is characterized by freshly cut grass, artichokes, mint and rosemary followed by sensations of green olives, chicory, almonds and light notes of black pepper.

Our extra virgin olive oils are one of the most awarded olive oils in Croatia.
A great recognition for our work came in 2005 when our sorts Frantoio and Istrian Bjelica became one of the first Croatian olive oils to enter the world extra virgin olive oil guide, Flos Olei. Somewhat later, in 2011 and 2017 the Frantoio oil reached remarkable success being included in the world top 20 olive oils list of the above-mentioned Guide.
