Payment methods

Delivery
Delivery is done within a few days (depending on delivery country). Delivery is door to door to every address. In the event of a failed delivery of a consignment, a special fee is not charged.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated on the shopping cart, depending on the weight of the package and country of delivery.
Goods are secured from loss of delivery. If the buyer does not receive a package, it must notify the seller to take action to find or send the new shipment.
Delivery of goods is done on Tuesday and on Friday at 9 am. If the products are available, all orders made up on Tuesday and Friday to this hour will be sent the same day. Orders made after 9 am will be sent the next delivery day. Immediately after the departure of the goods, we will inform you of the tracking code that you can use at any time to check where your shipment.
The buyer agrees that the phone number will be written on the package label for the purpose of making it easier and quicker to make the delivery.
Complaints
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to claim. Complaints are considered valid if they respond to the terms of the complaint in accordance with the Mandatory Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obligated to return the product to the seller within the agreed deadline at the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product within a period of 14 days from receipt of a valid complaint or to refund the entire amount paid.

Internet Dispute Resolution
PSpecial regulation of the European Union, dated 15 February, throughout the EU, online purchase-related disputes can be resolved through a platform that you can access here.

All customer information is strictly kept and only accessible to employees whose data is required to perform certain services.. To make a reservation or submit a query on our web site, the user must fill in the registration questionnaire and complete the registration.
