CHARACTERISTICS
Selekcija is a blend of extra virgin mono cultivar olive oils Istrian Bjelica, Leccino, Frantoio, Črnica and Bugla and as such it creates a unique harmony of tastes on your palate. Golden yellow with a hint of green in colour, this oil is characterised by sensations of fresh olives and almonds. Mildly bitter and piquant, it fantastically complements a variety of green salads, fresh raw fish, semi hard cheese as well as grilled vegetables.
