CHARACTERISTICS
An extra brut sparkling wine made from 100% Istrian Malvasia, with a beautiful straw-yellow colour and numerous fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma is refined, pleasant and elegant, with pronounced notes of citrus, nectarine and apricot, white meadow flowers, and a subtle hint of roasted almond. The wine is dry, while also distinguished by a pleasant, crisp freshness.
It pairs beautifully with oysters, cheese cream with lemon zest, or ricotta gnocchi with olive oil.
