CHARACTERISTICS
Rosé sparkling wine is a blend of Merlot, Refošk and Teran varieties. It is distinguished by an elegant, pale rosé colour with numerous fine and persistent bubbles. The aroma is refined, expressive and long-lasting, with notes of fresh red fruit, red orange peel, petit beurre biscuits, and a subtle hint of aromatic herbs. The wine is dry, fairly warm and soft, complemented by juicy freshness and pleasant minerality.
It pairs beautifully with raw Kvarner scampi.
