Description
Golden green in colour, mildly bitter and piquant, this oil is characterised by freshly cut grass, artichokes, mint and rosemary followed by sensations of green olives, chicory, almonds and light notes of black pepper. It beautifully complements red meat, barbecued fish, various mature cheese and salads, chocolate cake, mousse or ice cream. Store in cool and dark place.
