Award-wining extra virgin olive oils

Our extra virgin olive oils are one of the most awarded olive oils in Croatia. We have a selection of four olive oils out of which three are mono cultivars – Frantoio, Leccino i Istrian Bjelica and one blend – Selection.

Istarska Bjelica

The Istrian Bjelica olive oil has been created from our native cultivars. Golden green in colour, mildly bitter and piquant, this oil is characterised by freshly cut grass, artichokes, mint and rosemary followed by sensations of green olives, chicory, almonds and light notes of black pepper. It beautifully complements red meat, barbecued fish, various mature cheese and salads. A few drops will charmingly perk up your chocolate cake, mousse or ice cream.



Selekcija is a blend of extra virgin mono cultivar olive oils Istrian BjelicaLeccinoFrantoioČrnica and Bugla and as such it creates a unique harmony of tastes on your palate. Golden yellow with a hint of green in colour, this oil is characterised by sensations of fresh olives and almonds. Mildly bitter and piquant, it fantastically complements a variety of green salads, fresh raw fish, semi hard cheese as well as grilled vegetables.



Golden green in colour, with a hint of bitterness and piquant, this oil is nicely rounded, fruity, fresh and elegant. It tastes of olives followed by rich fruity sensations, mildly bitter and piquant. It beautifully complements fresh raw fish, scampi, shells, white meat, young cheese as well as a large variety of fresh cheese.



This sort is an extremely appreciated, top quality extra virgin olive oil. Green in colour, this rich, piquant variety is characterised by scent of olives, artichokes, basil and rosemary. Its rich olive taste is followed by sensations of herbs and a hint of bitterness and strong zing. It fantastically complements intensive foods such as mature cheese, wild asparagus, blue fish, barbecued vegetables, meat, venison and truffles thus creating a unique magic on your palate.
The Frantoio oil is also our most prized variety, winning a place among the Flos Olei Guide top 20 world olive oils in 2011 and 2017.
